@ Decapitator-->I was a little confused on the control scheme at first since im used to traditional fighters, but once you get the hang of the feel and motion of the fighting still the game portrays, like the anime series of course, it quickly becomes something very unique and likable.
Really looking forward to this one, the demo was rockin, but i dunno how im going to be able to afford all of these great PS3 games this fall

I have no idea how you can doubt a Soul Caliber game, each one has brought something new to the table both graphically and gameplay wise. I personally still play SC2 pretty frequently, Killik was rocken then, looking foward to street fighter as well, good year for fighting games

I agree that San Francisco looks fantastic, and I am glad they decided to show some high res video of the new enemies. For a while I wasnt seeing much improvement in graphics since they were utilizing an improved Ratchet and Clank Future engine, where that game looks fantastic. But it seems that things are really starting to look pretty for this FPS. Needs a little more texture work and then this game will be hot and ready to pull out of the oven. Im really looking forward to it
thats real dark, my anticipation for this is starting to match FF13 for sure, 2009 is exciting stuff
Hopefully Square will mend its reputation come early august with some great announcements

I hope alot of OPM subscribers will pick it up to since it was plastered all over their latest issue, it also seems nearly every other site and magazine are really pushing this one as well, and since it won best of E3 i hope they print that on the back
Yea, i have a feeling my girlfriend would love to give this game a whirl. She loves messin around with games like Okami. And i also think its something that her and i can play together, should be interesting
Hey now i think its looking pretty good. I think they get the point across of how much crazy content is going to be included in this game.
Im really looking forward to getting online with some friends and completing some levels. I hope all are as excited as I am for such a creative game

I havnt even played tomba 2, i only know the 1st one, which is just an awesome game that everyone should pick up, i remember playing the demo out of an issue of OPM over and over again

I agree with Hellsvacancy on that one, picked up a 40gb since i already had a slim ps2, just ordered a 120gb internal for only 45bucks on amazon, course i could have gotten a 320gb for only a hundred dollars at best buy, but i dont need that much space in my situation
I checked the media from E3 on this one, really nothing getting my heart pumping over this one. Gameplay is just ok, seems like it will turn out sorta like a Dark Sector, but who knows, i might be just blowin smoke and this could be a sleeper hit
Yea ur right there bruiser, during early 07' was when you would see crap ports like ghost recon, a list of broken EA titles, and the loss of some key multiplatform titles like Bioshock.
But all is better and I am still glad that I am a PS3 owner especially with so many current titles and ones to look forward to this fall, Im not going to know what to do with myself
I agree, back in 06 the PS3 was looking grim in terms of ports and overall support from developers, but now everything is seeming to align to create success for the PS3, whether it be exclusives this fall or next spring, Bluray, playstation network, and great updates.

I was rocked when FFXIII was announced for 360, hurt, scarred, cried a little. But snake was there for me when i got home from work. Switched to my desert eagle, took care of some PMC's, made rose's boobs jiggle, and the world was good

Those are definitely the big 4 that i want to see get trophies, and I definitely want see what Insomniac/Ratchet and what Naughty Dog will have in store for us via Uncharted. Drake is well overdue for another run through, its gonna suck picking up all those treasures again, but im looking forward to taking down some more baddies.
A new Jak and Uncharted released in the same year would be phenomenal, if only Naughty Dog was just a little bit bigger of a developer, but thats ok though, they seem to have a really close knit team that knows how deliver blockbusters one after another, really glad sony picked them up when they did
